Closing out a Fabulous Month

by Bob Nelson

Oh my… Today closes out a tremendous month in the Brick Cave. It looks like it will be the top one or two biggest months we have ever had here.

Tremendous success based on the launch of The Healer’s Legacy, by Sharon Skinner. If you haven’t checked that book out you really should. Not to be outdone, J.A. Giunta has also once again put in a strong performance, which we hope will be punctuated tomorrow by the release of The Mists of Faeron, book two in the Ascension Trilogy.

But books haven’t been our only bright spot. Sacrifice has been a pleasant surprise this month. It’s tough, because the film business, of any of what we do, is the most investment heavy and short term return short. But Yellowstone Sunset has been well received so far, and hopefully that will translate into fans for us in our next few film projects.

Oh, Brick Cave Media was accepted into the Startup America effort! Yeah Us! I follow Steve Case on Twitter, and he has been talking about it for awhile, but it had not occured to me to apply, so we did, and we were approved. Good times.

Looking ahead…

Phoenix Comicon is Coming. But before then, we have a month full of events, including:

So, as you can see, it’s a busy month BEFORE we get to the grand crescendo on Labor Day Weekend.

Well, that’s about it, better get to it!
