Audio Projects

BCM, and the predicessors of BCM (Inkell Press, BNP), have been involved in a number of audio projects.

Poetry Slam
Since 2000, Bob has recorded the annual Mesa National Poetry Slamoff Competition, a showcase of some of the best poetic talents in the region. Click the link to go straight to the page for each CD in the BCM Store:

Bob will be the recording engineer on the 2008 Phoenix National Slamoff as well (April 25th, 2008), so you can expect some great performances from the show as well.

Historically, there are a number of other projects as well that have been recorded and are due to be mixed down, but Bob will keep them updated in the Forums.

Bob Nelson

In May, 2008, Bob Nelson will go into the studio (the Brick Cave) and record his 3rd album. His second album, Boboratory, is currently available through Wordsmith Press. It is available on iTunes, Napster, Amazon and all those downloadable places. And, yes, it is in the BCM Store here (CD only). Bob's first album? Well, he just found the spoken tracks for it in 2008 (11 years after he first had them recorded them) and will go through them to see if an album can be mixed from them. Stay tuned...

Sharon Skinner

Sifted GemsGems

Sharon has been busy in her recording career, releasing two albums, Sifted Gems, Polished Dreams and The Vultures are Circling, and I'm Not Finished, Yet. Both are available online as well at iTunes, Amazon, etc.

In 2008, Sharon will be releasing a live album of her performance from Mamma Java's Coffeehouse in 2007. Stay tuned to the Forums for more details.
